Our 'signature' loaves are made without baker’s yeast using flour from a local windmill and are baked in a wood fired oven for a perfect crust. These traditional techniques and ingredients develop the real taste of bread as it used to be.
We also make fresh pasta, using an ancient & authentic process and stock fresh sauces & parmesan.
