HEALTH 4 THOUGHT is a recently opened health food shop with a difference.
The shop offers a wide range of natural and organic foods including chicken and pepper, tuna sweetcorn with homegrown cucumber, tomatoes and herb baguetts and freshly made sandwiches; vegetarian sanwiches and salads and pastas are also available.
In stock are Gogi and Yacon muesli, the leading health product in 2006, manuka honey and jams, together with gluten free wheat, pastas and flours.
A wide selection of teas and coffee and the finest olive and vegetable oils are a speciality; proprietors Bridie and Sunny Rahman are particularly proud of their superb mother and baby organic range, which includes skin care, safe shampoo, soaps and toothpaste.
All are foods suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
